摘要
目的:探讨重复经颅磁刺激(Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation,rTMS)结合针灸对重度颅脑损伤伴昏迷患者促醒作用的疗效观察。方法:筛选2016年1月-2019年12月在中山市小榄人民医院康复医学科诊断为重度颅脑损伤伴昏迷患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。两组均进行药物、康复治疗、针灸等常规促醒疗法治疗,观察组增加rTMS治疗。对比治疗前后两组患者治疗效果及格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分。结果:治疗90 d后,两组患者总有效率及症状评分均较治疗前有所增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:rTMS结合针灸对重度颅脑损伤伴昏迷患者促醒作用的疗效确切。
Objective:To explore the effect observation of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture on the awakening of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and coma.Methods:80 patients with severe craniocerebral injury with coma treated in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Zhongshan Xiaolan People’s Hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were screened out and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with drug rehabilitation therapy,acupuncture and other conventional wake-up therapy,and the observation group was added with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture,the therapeutic effect and Glasgow Coma Scale score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After 90 days of treatment,the total effective rate and symptom scores of both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with acupuncture has significant effect on the awakening of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and coma.
