摘要
目的:探究对心内科重症监护室(CCU)中急性左心衰患者护理期间行心理护理干预的价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年11月CCU急性左心衰患者86例,按不同护理方式分为两组,各43例。对照组给予基础性护理干预;观察组给予心理护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后血压及心率水平变化。结果:观察组护理后收缩压、舒张压及心率水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予CCU急性左心衰患者心理护理干预,能够有效控制患者病情,改善血压及心率水平。
Objective:To explore the value of psychological nursing intervention for patients with acute left heart failure in the cardiology intensive care unit(CCU)during the nursing period.Methods:From May 2019 to November 2020,86 patients with acute left heart failure in CCU were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to different nursing methods with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing intervention.The observation group was given psychological nursing intervention.The changes in blood pressure and heart rate levels of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Results:The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate levels of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention for patients with acute left heart failure in CCU can effectively control the patient's condition and improve blood pressure and heart rate.
