量化健康教育应用于小儿骨科患者护理中的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨量化健康教育应用于小儿骨科患者护理中的效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年6月小儿骨科收治的患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。试验组采用量化健康教育方式完成骨科护理;对照组采用随机健康教育方式完成骨科护理。比较两组患者功能完全恢复率、骨性愈合率、畸形愈合率、骨折断端错位率及家属骨折相关知识掌握情况。结果:试验组功能完全恢复率及骨性愈合率均高于对照组,畸形愈合率及骨折断端错位率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组家属上肢骨折外固定知识掌握率、小儿骨头特点掌握率及骨折后观察护理知识掌握率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:量化健康教育方式的有效运用,可使小儿骨科患者功能完全恢复率及骨性愈合率显著提升,畸形愈合率及骨折断端错位率有效降低,并有效提升家属骨折相关知识掌握情况,最终促进小儿骨科患者预后的提升以及疾病恢复。 Objective:To explore the effect of quantitative health education on the nursing of pediatric orthopedic patients.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2020,80 patients admitted to the department of pediatric orthopedics were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group used quantitative health education to complete orthopedic care.The control group used random health education to complete orthopedic care.The complete functional recovery rate,bone healing rate,malunion rate,fracture end dislocation rate and the mastery of fracture related knowledge of family members were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of complete functional recovery and bone healing in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the rates of malunion and dislocation of fracture ends were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastery rate of external fixation knowledge of upper limb fracture of family members,the mastery rate of bone characteristics of children and the mastery rate of post fracture observation nursing knowledge in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective use of quantitative health education methods can significantly increase the rate of complete functional recovery and bone healing rate of pediatric orthopedics patients,effectively reduce the rate of malunion and fracture end dislocation,and effectively improve the fractures related knowledge of family members.Ultimately promote the improvement of the prognosis of pediatric orthopedics patients and the recovery of the disease.
