摘要
目的:研究右美托咪定联合地佐辛应用于颅脑外伤患者的镇静镇痛的价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治颅脑外伤患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组应用地佐辛联合力月西治疗;观察组应用右美托咪定联合地佐辛治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组机械通气时间、唤醒时间、住院时间及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药后不同时间段肌肉活动评分法(MAAS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合用药可保障患者手术过程生命体征平稳,提高手术效率,还可有效提升镇静、镇痛效果,且安全性高。
Objective:To study the value of dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine for sedation and analgesia in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,90 patients with craniocerebral trauma were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dezocine combined with Liyuexi.The observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The mechanical ventilation time,wake-up time,hospital stay and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MAAS scores at different time periods after medication of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination medication can ensure the patient's vital signs during surgery,improve the efficiency of surgery,and can effectively improve the effects of sedation and analgesia with high safety.
