摘要
随着海上安全形势的变化,国家社会、经济和科技的发展,一些国家海军装备中出现了一类新概念舰船,这类舰船正逐步影响着海军的兵力结构和海战样式。在介绍世界主要国家海军新概念舰船发展现状的基础上,分析了新概念舰船研发的重点与特点,探讨了新概念舰船可能对未来海战的影响,并结合实际提出了发展适合我军新概念舰船的建议。
In the past three decades,the changing maritime security situation with the worldwide development of society,economy and science and technology has witnessed the emergence of the new concept ship in international navies.Such ships are gradually affecting the naval force structure and naval battle style.With the introduction of the development of new concept ships in the world′s major navies,this paper analyzes the key points and characteristics of their development,and discusses the potential impact of such ships on future naval battles.Suggestions for the development of new concept ships are made in consideration of present situation of the PLA navy.
