孕期营养指导对改善孕妇孕期营养及分娩结局的影响研究与探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨孕期营养指导对孕妇营养情况、分娩结局的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年5月本院收治的100名孕妇进行孕期营养指导分析,采用数字随机分为对照组与研究组,每组50名。两组孕妇均接受普通健康指导,研究组在此基础上接受孕期营养指导,比较两组孕妇营养情况、分娩情况、新生儿状况、孕妇满意程度、妊娠期合并症。结果研究组钙、蛋白质、叶酸、钠、铁、维生素、锌均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组孕妇脂肪低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组早产、大出血、剖宫产、难产发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%(P<0.05);研究组新生儿状况生长受限、宫内窘迫、巨大儿、低出生体质量、胎儿窒息发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05);研究组胎儿体质量、阿氏评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05);研究组孕妇妊娠期合并症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%(P<0.05)。结论孕妇孕期需根据孕期营养指导合理摄入营养,才能满足孕妇及胎儿营养需求,提升妊娠安全性,改善分娩情况及新生儿情况,减少妊娠并发症发生,提升孕妇满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of nutrition guidance during pregnancy on nutrition status and delivery outcome of pregnant women.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected for analysis of nutrition guidance during pregnancy.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups of pregnant women received general health guidance,and the study group received nutrition guidance during pregnancy on the basis of this.The nutritional status,delivery status,neonatal status,satisfaction of pregnant women and complications during pregnancy of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of calcium,protein,folic acid,sodium,iron,vitamin and zinc in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the fat of pregnant women in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of premature birth,massive hemorrhage,cesarean section and dystocia in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of neonatal growth restriction,intrauterine distress,macrosomia,low birth weight and fetal asphyxia in the study group was 6.00%,which was lower than 22.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the fetal body weight and A'S score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of pregnancy complications in the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women need to take reasonable intake of nutrition during pregnancy according to the nutrition guidance during pregnancy,in order to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant women and fetus,improve the safety of pregnancy,improve the delivery situation and neonatal situation,reduce the occurrence of pregnancy complications,and improve the satisfaction of pregnant women.
