摘要
采用有限元仿真技术,通过优化阴极工装上层产品距离溶液液面的距离、产品层间距、增加上下电流窃取环等措施,并对比实测镀层厚度值,动态修正阴极工装及仿真参数,提升了螺母挂镀银层厚度及均匀性。阴极和阳极在高度方向上基本实现均匀对称分布,选择合适的层间距,都可以减少同一工装上但不同层产品的镀层厚度差异。通过增加电流窃取环,将电流集中的区域由产品转移到了窃取环上,起到了消除产品外侧尖端效应的作用,有效提高了产品镀层的厚度均匀性。对比验证试验结果与仿真结果,两者具有相同的变化趋势,且误差控制在30%以内,最终使螺母内螺纹的镀层厚度达到了8~12μm的要求。
The thickness uniformity of silver coating is improved by adjusting the distance between upper products and solution level,layer distance,adding current stealing rings of the cathodic racking based on finite element simulation technique.Uniformly symmetric distribution of the cathodic racking and anode at height direction,appropriate layer distance can both reduce the thickness difference of silver coating.By adding two current stealing rings,the current aggregation area is transformed from products to the rings,and the current point effect on the outside of the nut is eliminated,the coating thickness uniformity is effectively improved.The testing results of the thickness has the same trend with the simulation results,and its error is not more than 30%.The thickness of nut inner thread is controlled by 8~12μm eventually.
