摘要
在煤矿井下巷道掘进过程中,复杂的地质构造,对单进水平起着很大制约作用,也给施工过程中的安全管理带来极大困难。重庆三圣实业股份有限公司八仙洞煤矿+435 m主平硐,以石门形式布置,先后穿过须家河组(T3xj)→雷口坡组(T2l)→嘉陵江组(T1j),在掘进至嘉陵江组第三亚段(T1j4-3)时,多次揭露岩溶黄泥带地质构造,严重制约单进水平、影响安全施工。通过多次实践摸索,总结出了采用“素喷、带帽点柱、超前管棚+格栅支架”3种临时支护配合11号矿工字钢支架作为永久支护的方式安全顺利通过了岩溶黄泥区域,巷道掘进速度较砼碹支护提高3倍。
in the process of underground roadway excavation in coal mine,the complex geological structure has a great restricting effect on the single level,and also brings great difficulties to the safety management in the construction process.The+435 m main adit of baxiandong coal mine of Chongqing Sansheng Industrial Co.,Ltd.is arranged in the form of crosscut,which successively passes through Xujiahe Formation(t3xj)→Leikoupo Formation(T2L)→Jialingjiang formation(T1j).When driving to the third sub section of Jialingjiang formation(t1j4-3),the geological structure of karst yellow mud zone is repeatedly exposed,which seriously restricts the single level and affects the safety of construction.Through many times of practice and exploration,three kinds of temporary support,namely"plain shotcreting,capped point pillar,advanced pipe shed+grid support",combined with 11#miner's steel support,are summarized to pass through the karst yellow mud area safely and smoothly,and the driving speed of roadway is three times higher than that of concrete arch support.
