摘要
为了提高数控雕刻机控制系统的精度和稳定性,本次研究对数控系统中的运动控制器算法进行了文献分析,针对应用较为广泛的差分插补算法进行了多维线性扩展和优化。为了验证优化后算法的性能,本次研究搭建了运动控制仿真系统,在运动控制系统中编码了多维差分插补算法,并添加了前瞻模块,通过仿真实验对比了差分插补算法和自适应算法的加工曲线的图形弦误差、进给速度、进给加加速度,结果显示差分插补算法的加工曲线与自适应算法的加工曲线相比更为平滑,弦误差更可控,刀具进给速度更稳定、加速度也更平稳。
In order to improve the accuracy and stability of CNC engraving machine control system,this paper analyzes the literature of motion controller algorithm is analyzed in CNC system,and makes multidimensional linear expansion and Optimization for the widely used differential interpolation algorithm.In order to verify the performance of the optimized algorithm,a motion control simulation system is built.In the motion control system,a multi-dimensional differential interpolation algorithm is coded,and a look ahead module is added.Through simulation experiments,the chord error,feed rate and feed acceleration of the machining curve of the differential interpolation algorithm and the adaptive algorithm are compared,The results show that the processing curve of the differential interpolation algorithm is smoother than that of the adaptive algorithm,the chord error is more controllable,the tool feed speed is more stable and the acceleration is more stable.
