摘要
目的:评价桂枝汤类方治疗心系疾病的安全性及疗效,为临床用药提供参考。方法:检索2000年1月至2020年12月在中国知网、万方数据库、中国科技期刊全文数据库、维普数据、中医学术网、Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science数据库中发表的桂枝汤类方治疗心系疾病的临床随机对照研究。依据Cochrane质量评价项目表对每篇纳入文献的质量进行客观评价,使用RevMan 5.4程序进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入相关文献52篇,治疗组临床疗效指标、中医证候积分、24小时动态心电图室性早搏数量、心电图ST-T缺血性改变改善情况、焦虑量表评分(self-rating anxiety scale, SAS)、抑郁量表评分(self-rating depression scale, SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分(pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI)均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),未见明显不良反应,发表偏倚可能性小。结论:桂枝汤类方治疗心系疾病能够提高临床疗效,且不良反应较小。
Objective:To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Modified Cinnamon Twig Decoction in the treatment of heart diseases,and to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods:The clinical randomized controlled studies of Modified Cinnamon Twig Decoction in the treatment of heart diseases published in CNKI,Wanfang database,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database,VIP data,Traditional Chinese Medicine Academic Network,Pubmed,Cochrane Library and Web of Science Database from January 2000 to December 2020 were searched.The quality of each included literature was objectively evaluated according to the Cochrane quality evaluation item table,and the RevMan5.4 program was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 52 relevant literature was included.The clinical efficacy index,TCM syndrome score,number of ventricular premature beats in 24-hour ambulatory ECG,improvement of ST-T ischemic changes in ECG,SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of patients with insomnia in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group,which had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction and there was few possibility of publication bias.Conclusion:Modified Cinnamon Twig Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of heart diseases with few adverse reactions.
