摘要
目的探究基于医护一体化的延续性护理模式应用于多发性骨髓瘤患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于徐州医科大学附属医院血液科治疗的80例多发性骨髓瘤患者,按随机数字分组法分入观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者接受常规院内护理和随访,观察组患者接受基于医护一体化的延续性护理。比较两组患者的骨痛缓解情况、自我管理能力、体能状态和并发症发生情况。结果观察组的骨痛缓解率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的自我管理能力量表(ESCA)评分均显著高于同组护理前(P值均<0.05),美国东部肿瘤协作组(ECOG)体能状态评分均显著低于同组护理前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的ESCA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),ECOG体能状态评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理过程中的并发症发生率为7.50%,显著低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论基于医护一体化的延续性护理模式不仅能缓解多发性骨髓瘤患者的骨痛程度,降低并发症发生率,而且能有效改善患者自我管理能力和体能状况。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing model based on integrated medical care on patients with multiple myeloma.Methods A total of 80 patients with multiple myeloma in the Department of Hematology at Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 were select and divided into an observation group(40 cases)and a control group(40 cases)according to the random number method.Patients in the control group were given regular nursing care and follow-up,and patients in the observation group were given the continuous nursing model based on integrated medical care.The bone pain relief,self-management ability,physical status and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The relief rate of bone pain in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before nursing(both P<0.05),and the scores of Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)performance status were significantly lower than those of the same group before nursing(both P<0.05).The ESCA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05),and the ECOG performance status scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications during nursing in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.00%in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing model based on integrated medical care not only relieves the degree of bone pain and reduces the incidence of complications in patients with multiple myeloma,but also effectively improves the self-management ability and physical status of patients.
