摘要
住房和城乡建设部科技与产业化发展中心联合广州市规划设计研究院,按照新时代集约、智能、绿色、低碳的新型城镇化要求,共同打造致力于碳中和的青岛上合示范区绿色园区,探索新城建设中绿色低碳发展的新方案。
Center of Science and Technology and Industrialization Development,MOHURD,in conjunction with guangzhou City Planning and Design Research Institute,in accordance with the new era of intensive,intelligent,green,low-carbon new urbanization requirements,jointly build a carbon-neutral Qingdao Shanghai Demonstration Zone Green Park,explore the new green and low-carbon development in the construction of new cities.
