摘要
图书馆在管理运行与为读者服务过程中会有大量能耗,调动图书馆员节能主动性和挖掘其节能潜力对于构建绿色图书馆具有重要意义。基于计划行为理论,通过结构方程模型构建图书馆馆员节能行为影响因素模型,探索图书馆员内部推动、外部促进和人口学3个维度下各变量对图书馆员节能行为的影响及作用路径。内部推动因素——图书馆员节能知识、行为控制感知、习惯偏好、心理所有权和环境价值观通过节能意愿(中介变量)作用于节能行为;外部促进因素——图书馆体制机制、组织节能氛围、政策环境和宣传教育在其中起到显著正向调节作用;人口学因素——年龄和受教育水平在节能行为上表现出明显的差异性。基于此提出促进图书馆员节能行为和构筑绿色图书馆的策略。
The library will generate a lot of energy consumption in the process of management, operation and reader service.It is of great significance to mobilize librarians to save energy and tap their energy-saving potential for the construction of a green library.Based on the theory of planned behavior, a structural equation model is used to construct a model of the influencing factors of librarians’ energy-saving behaviors, and explore the influence and the path of action of various variables on the energy-saving behaviors of librarians under the three dimensions of internal promotion, external promotion and demography.Internal driving factors—librarians’ energy-saving knowledge, behavior control perception, habit preferences, psychological ownership and environmental values act on energy-saving behaviors through energy-saving willingness(intermediary variables).At the same time, external motivating factors—library institutional mechanisms, organizational energy-saving atmosphere, policy environment and publicity and education play a significant positive role in it.Individual demographic factors—age and education level show obvious differences in energy-saving behavior.On this basis, the promotion strategy of promoting the energy-saving behavior of librarians and building a green library is proposed.
