摘要
中国心血管病死亡仍居疾病死亡构成的首位,严重威胁着人类的身体健康,探索新靶点、新机制以开发新药,对于降低心血管疾病的风险至关重要。染色质重组子BRG1(Brahma-related gene-1)由SMARAC4基因编码,是SWI/SNF(SWItch/sucrose nonfermentable)染色质重塑复合物中核心成分, BRG1在心肌肥厚、心力衰竭、心肌梗死等多种心血管疾病的发生和发展中起到至关重要的作用。
The cardiovascular disease seriously threatens the health of human beings, exploring new targets and new mechanisms to develop new drugs is essential for reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. The chromatin recombinant BRG1(Brahma-related gene-1) is encoded by the SMARAC4 gene and is the core component of SWI/SNF(SWItch/sucrose nonfermentable) chromatin remodeling complex. BRG1 plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial hypertrophy, heart failure, and myocardial infarction.
