重庆轨道交通9号线嘉华桥钢箱梁整体提升安装技术

摘要 为解决大跨度钢-混组合连续刚构桥钢箱梁的整体提升和安装难题,结合重庆轨道交通9号线嘉华轨道专用桥施工,对钢箱梁整体提升安装技术进行了研究。在预应力混凝土箱梁悬臂端安装桥面吊机整体提升钢箱梁,合龙口设置合适的八字口,将钢箱梁提升至合龙口内配切,有效地消除了结构参数引起的计算偏差和测量误差,且在同一温度场内,消除温度给配切带来的偏差,提高配切精度。该技术可实现快速高精度合龙,为同类桥梁大节段钢箱梁整体合龙安装实施提供参考。 To solve the problem of integral lifting and installation of steel box girder of long-span steel-concrete composite continuous rigid frame bridge,combined with the construction of Jiahua special rail bridge of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 9,the integral lifting and installation technology of steel box girder is studied.A bridge deck crane is installed at the cantilever end of the prestressed concrete box girder to lift the steel box girder as a whole,and a proper splayed opening is set at the closure to lift the steel box girder into the closure for matching and cutting.The calculation deviation and measurement error caused by structural parameters are effectively eliminated,and the deviation caused by temperature to cutting is eliminated in the same temperature field to improve the matching and cutting accuracy.This technology can realize rapid and high-precision closure,and provide reference for the installation and implementation of integral closure of large section steel box girder of similar bridges.
