摘要
针对装配式建筑混凝土结构中,用于钢筋连接的灌浆套筒精确定位困难的问题,提出一种适用于实际现场施工的预制柱钢筋精准定位快速施工技术,并对技术的施工工艺、操作要点及应用效果进行了阐述。工程实践应用表明:该技术解决了预制柱钢筋快速精准定位吊装的问题,加快施工效率的同时提高了钢筋定位的精确度以及减小了钢筋整体轴线偏差,保证了钢筋连接的质量,降低了人工成本,经济效益良好,具有一定的推广应用价值。
In view of the difficulty of accurate positioning of grouting sleeve for reinforcement connection in prefabricated building concrete structure,a rapid construction technology for accurate positioning of precast column reinforcement suitable for actual onsite construction is proposed,and the construction technology,operation points and application effect of the technology are described.The engineering practice shows that the technology solves the problem of rapid and accurate positioning and hoisting of precast column reinforcement,speeds up the construction efficiency,improves the accuracy of reinforcement positioning,reduces the overall axis deviation of reinforcement,ensures the quality of reinforcement connection,reduces labor cost and has good economic benefits.It has certain popularization and application value.
