摘要
探讨金属纤维与芳纶1313混纺产品的定量分析方法。利用质量分数95%~98%浓硫酸(70℃,40 min),采用化学溶解法对金属纤维芳纶1313混纺产品进行了定量分析,并确定了金属纤维的质量修正系数。验证试验表明:该测试结果的绝对误差小于1%,精密度在95%置信水平下可信。认为:采用所提出的定量分析方法能够满足日常检测的需求。
Quantitative analysis method of metal fiber and aramid 1313 blended product was discussed.The metal fiber aramid 1313 blended product was quantitatively analyzed by chemical dissolution method using 95%~98%concentrated sulfuric acid(70℃,40 min),the quality correction coefficient of the metal fiber was determined.Verification tests showed that the absolute error of test results was less than 1%,the precision was reliable at 95%confidence level.It is considered that the quantitative analysis method can meet the demand of daily detection.
