摘要
南京某高层办公楼,主楼采用混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,结合建筑立面要求在4层设置结构桁架转换层。项目为具有两项不规则的复杂高层结构,抗震设防烈度为7度,结构计算为地震工况控制。设计中对转换桁架等关键构件设置合理的抗震性能目标,确保结构安全可靠。
The main building of a high-rise office building in Nanjing adopts the concrete frame shear wall structure system.Combined with the building facade requirements,the structural truss transfer floor is set on the fourth floor.The project is a complex high-rise structure with two irregular items,the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees,and the structural calculation is controlled by seismic conditions.In the design,the transfer truss and other key components are set reasonable seismic performance objectives to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
