摘要
排水泵站是一种防洪减灾的重要基础设施,其主体结构多为现浇大体积混凝土,如何采取合理的控制措施减少施工中温度裂缝的产生是提高结构耐久性的重点。在八堡排水泵站的施工中,全面分析大体混凝土施工过程的各个环节并针对性地分析以BIM技术为核心的解决方案,通过数值分析和监测馈控等技术,在实际施工中达到了预期的目标,现总结相关实践经验,可为类似工程提供参考。
Drainage pumping station is an important infrastructure for flood prevention and disaster reduction.Its main structure is mostly cast-in-place large-volume concrete.How to take reasonable control measures to reduce temperature cracks during construction is the focus of improving structural durability.In the construction of the Babao drainage pumping station,a comprehensive analysis of all links in the general concrete construction process and targeted analysis of solutions with BIM technology as the core.Through numerical analysis and monitoring and feed control technologies,the expected goals have been achieved in actual construction.Relevant practical experience is summarized here,which can provide references for similar projects.
