摘要
基于WorldView遥感高分辨率影像,对海口市违法建筑进行了变化检测与人工识别。选取两时相遥感影像,通过变化检测发现疑似违法建筑空间分布,最后利用叠加分析与人工解译确定违法建筑物。实验结果表明,变化检测可提供较高位置精度和效率,最终人工判读解译图斑合计误判率仅为0.68%,可作为城市违法建筑监测,是一种高效率、高适普性的违法建筑监测方法。
Based on WorldView high-resolution images,this paper carried out change detection and artificial recognition of illegal buildings in Haikou City.Two time phase remote sensing images were selected to determine the spatial distribution of suspected illegal buildings through change detection and the illegal buildings were determined by superposition analysis and manual interpretation.The experimental results showed that the change detection could provide high position accuracy and efficiency,and the total error rate of manual interpretation for speckle was only 0.68%.It could be applied as an efficient and universal method for urban illegal building monitoring.
