摘要
在各类发电厂厂用电系统中,广泛使用干式变压器作为厂用低压配电变压器,而干式变压器筒体产生裂纹,属于严重的缺陷,直接影响变压器能否正常运行。通过干式变压器筒体产生裂纹的分析,找到了裂纹产生的原因,并采取了妥善可行的处理,恢复了变压器的运行。
In the auxiliary power systems of various power plants,dry-type transform ers are widely used as auxiliary low-voltage distribution transformers.Cracks in the cylinder of dry-type transformers are serious defects,which directly affect the normal operation of transformers.Through analysis of the cracks in the cylinder of dry-type transformer,causes of the cracks were found,and proper and feasible treatment was taken to restore normal op eration of the transformer.
