摘要
振动疲劳破坏是影响结构安全的主要因素,开展准确高效的结构振动疲劳寿命预测能有效预警损伤风险,指导研究人员规避结构疲劳破坏风险。但受限于计算规模大,过程冗长,基于时域理论的疲劳破坏分析方法往往难以适用结构全局寿命估算及疲劳分析。本文基于有限元法,采用Lancozs方法分析某机载传动轴的动力学特征。在此基础上,结合该传动轴的使用载荷和Dirlik经验公式实现传动轴在随机振动环境下的全局疲劳寿命预计。该方法思路简单,计算量小,不仅高效验证结构的抗疲劳性能,并从疲劳安全角度为结构设计提供合理解释。
Vibration fatigue influence structure safety seriously.Effcient vibration fatigue analysis can help to predict whole life of modal and guide researchers to avoid damage of modal.However,traditional time-domain random vibration fatigue a-nalysis is difficult due to the long and complex calculation process.This paper uses the finite element method and Lancozs method to analyse dynamic characters of a bearing.And the fatigue model of the bearing was simulated by using the fe-safe software as the calculation platform.In this study,the fatigue life and distribution of the'bearing was calculated with Dirlik method.This method verifies fatigue characters efficiently and provide reasonable explanations on structure safety.
