摘要
针对目前有机肥撒肥机存在撒肥幅宽小、破碎效果差等问题,建立有机肥团粒在立式撒肥装置及空气中的运动学模型,分析撒肥距离和撒肥幅宽,确定影响抛撒性能主要因素。以破碎率和撒肥幅宽为试验指标,通过离散元仿真分析确定最佳螺旋片螺距,以抛撒轴转速、装置离地高度、撒肥盘倾角为试验因素作正交试验。运用极差分析法和方差分析法分析试验结果,得出因素组合优水平后试验验证。结果表明,当抛撒轴转速为400 r·min^(-1),装置离地高度为1 000 mm,撒肥盘倾角为20°时,破碎率为91.8%,撒肥幅宽为9.2 m,满足有机肥撒肥机田间作业要求,可为有机肥撒肥机理论研究提供参考。
In view of small spreading width and poor crushing of most organic fertilizer spreaders at present,spreading performance analysis and experimental research of vertical spreading device were carried out.The research established kinematic model of organic fertilizer pellets in spreading disc,spiral blade and air of vertical fertilizer spreading device.Through analysis of spreading distance and spreading width,main factors affecting spreading performance of vertical fertilizer spreading device were determined.Taking breakage rate and spreading width as test indicators,and taking rotating speed of spreading shaft,height of device from the ground,and inclination of spreading disc as test factors,orthogonal test was carried out.The test was carried out in accordance with static test method specified by the American ASAE.After test,spreading width was measured firstly,then all the unqualified pellets and all the fertilizer qualities were weighed,and all the test data were recorded.The test results were analyzed using range analysis method and variance analysis method,and optimized results were verified by verification test.The test results showed that when speed of spreading shaft was 400 r·min^(-1),height of the device was 1000 mm,and inclination angle of spreading disc was 20°,crushing rate was 91.8%,and spreading width was 9.2 m,which met field operation requirements of the organic fertilizer spreader.This research could provide a reference for theoretical research of organic fertilizer spreader.
