农村教师队伍发展现状与补充机制研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前农村教师队伍整体学历有了大幅度提升,年龄结构得到较大改善,但年龄整体偏高,存在结构性缺编、学科结构不合理、专业不对口等问题。文理科比例不均衡及音、体、美专业教师配置不全,农村教师流失问题依然值得重视。通过调查问卷分析、实地考察调研和专项报表统计,全面分析黑龙江省农村教师队伍建设现状问题和需求,研究农村教师队伍的补充机制,提出多层次培训培养提升教师队伍素质,不断提高农村教师的综合能力,以期培养出一支适应农村教育发展需要的师资队伍。 At present,the overall educational background of rural teachers has been greatly improved,and the age structure has been greatly improved.However,there are some problems,such as the high overall age,structural shortage,unreasonable discipline structure and professional mismatches.The proportion of arts and science is not balanced,the allocation of sound,physical and aesthetic teachers is not complete,and the loss of rural teachers are still worthy of attention.Through questionnaire analysis,on-the-spot investigation and special report statistics,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation,problems and needs of the construction of rural teaching staff in Heilongjiang Province,studies the supplementary mechanism of rural teaching staff,and puts forward multi-level training to improve the quality of teaching staff,and constantly improve the comprehensive ability of rural teachers,in order to cultivate a team of teaching staff to meet the needs of rural education development.
