摘要
目的:观察基于微信平台的5A护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取60例COPD患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于微信平台的5A护理,比较两组护理前后肺功能指标[最大自主通气量(MVV)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)]水平和自我管理水平。结果:护理后,观察组MVV、FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我管理环境、自我管理认知、自我管理行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用基于微信平台的5A护理可提高COPD患者肺功能指标水平和自我管理水平,其效果优于单纯常规护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of WeChat platform-based 5A nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:60 COPD patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 30 cases.The control group used routine nursing,while the observation group was given the WeChat platform-based 5A nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The lung function index levels[maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),FEV_(1)/forced vital capacity(FVC)]levels and the self-management levels were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the levels of MVV,FEV_(1)/FVC and FEV_(1) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-management environment,self-management cognition,and self-management behaviors of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the WeChat platform-based 5A nursing can improve the levels of lung function indexes and the self-management level of the COPD patients.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
