摘要
目的:观察“5E”康复护理应用于冠心病(CHD)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者的效果。方法:选取106例PCI术后患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用“5E”康复护理。比较两组护理前后冠心病自我管理行为能力量表(CSMS)评分、生命质量评分和服药依从性。结果:护理后,两组日常生活、疾病医学、情绪管理等自我管理行为能力评分和简明健康状况调查表评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组服药依从率为98.11%,高于对照组的84.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“5E”康复护理应用于PCI后患者可提高其自我管理行为能力评分、生命质量评分和服药依从性,优于常规护理效果。
Objective:To observe effects of“5E”rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:106 patients after PCI were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the“5E”rehabilitation nursing.The coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale(CSMS)score,the quality of life scale score and the medication compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,the scores of self-management behavior scale in daily life,disease medicine,emotional management and the and the 36-item short form health survey scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the medication compliance rate of the observation group was 98.11%,which was higher than the control group of 84.91%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The“5E”rehabilitation nursing applied to the patients after PCI can improve the selfmanagement behavior scale score,the quality of life score and the medication compliance.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
