摘要
事业单位公开招聘是一项由多个环节组成的系统化工作,执行过程中涉及的人员较多、遇到的个案特殊情况也较多,对招聘工作人员的工作能力、组织纪律性等要求较高,任何一个招聘程序的实施情况都会不同程度地影响最终的公开招聘效果。提升事业单位公开招聘的效果,应科学设定招聘岗位相关信息,促进用人部门有效参与,拓宽招聘信息发布渠道;加强对招聘工作人员的教育培训;强化与应聘人员的沟通交流。
Open recruitment of public institutions is a systematic process consisting of multiple links.During this process,there are many personnel and many special cases involved,posing higher requirements on work ability and organizational discipline of recruiting staff.Implementation of any recruitment procedure will affect the final result of open recruitment to varying degrees.To improve the effectiveness of open recruitment in public institutions,it’s necessary to scientifically develop the information about posts,promoting effective engagement of employers,broadening recruitment information distribution channels,strengthening training of recruiting staff and promoting communication with applicants.
