摘要
以Ti-46.2%Al-8%Ta为实验材料,选用不同的电介质,通过电火花等离子体放电法制备了TiAl基合金粉末。结果表明:电介质为无水乙醇时,所制备粉末的成分是TiC和Al_(2)O_(3),粉末球形度非常低,且氧含量非常高;电介质为液氮时,所制备粉末的成分是TiN和AlN,粉末中的氮含量非常高;电介质为液氩时,所制备粉末成分是TiAl,粉末质量较高,但粉末产量非常低。在后续的研究中,可以采用液氩为电介质,不断优化工艺参数,在保证粉末质量的同时,进一步提高粉末的产量。
Using Ti-46.2%Al-8%Ta as the experimental material,TiAl based alloy powder was prepared by spark plasma discharge method with different dielectrics.The results show that when the dielectric is anhydrous ethanol,the composition of the prepared powder is TiC and Al_(2)O_(3),the sphericity of the powder is very low,and the oxygen content is very high.When the dielectric is liquid nitrogen,the powder is composed of TiN and AlN,and the nitrogen content in the powder is very high.When the dielectric is liquid argon,the composition of the prepared powder is TiAl,and the quality of the powder is relatively high,but the powder yield is very low.In subsequent research,liquid argon can be used as the dielectric and the process parameters need to be continuously optimized to further increase the output of the powder,while the quality of the powder is ensured.
