摘要
异尖线虫病是因误食含异尖线虫第三期幼虫的海鱼而感染的一种食源性寄生虫病,病理表现为轻度至重度的胃肠道和/或过敏症状,临床主要症状表现为鼻炎、荨麻疹和过敏性休克。随着生食海鱼饮食方式的盛行,人们感染异尖线虫病的可能性将增大。本研究总结了异尖线虫的生活史及其在海鱼中的感染情况,并重点综述了异尖线虫的检测技术。
Anisakids are responsible for a food-borne zoonosis named anisakidosis that results from the accidental ingestion of marine fish containing infective third-stage(L3)larvae.The pathology mainly shows mild-to-severe gastrointestinal and/or allergic symptoms and clinical signs,such as rhinitis,urticaria,and anaphylactic shock.With the prevalence dietary of consuming raw marine fish,there is an increasing of anisakidosis.Here,we summarized the life cycle of anisakids and its infection in marine fish,and mainly reviewed detection methods of Anisakis nematodes.
