摘要
教师专业化背景下的师德不仅应包括教师自身职业道德自立的“立德”与“成己”,也包括教师如何进行道德教育的“树人”与“成人”。对师范生进行师德教育不仅是教师职业的内在要求,而且是师范生“自立”的合法性基础,同时既是教师专业化发展的必然趋势,也是教师教育内涵式发展的时代要求。师范生的师德教育要坚持“多元”统摄于“一元”的实施原则,以“养成”教育取代“速成”培训的实施取向,构建实践取向的师德课程,并将师德考核纳入教师资格制度。
Teacher morality education of teachers college students should include both achieving the moral perfection and mastering the approaches of aiding others to achieve their moral perfection.Teacher morality education is the inherent demand of the profession of teaching,the legitimate foundation of the self-reliance of teachers college students,the inevitable trend of teachers professionalization,and the demand of the connotation development of teacher education.In implementing teacher morality education,we should adhere to the principle of governing pluralism with monism,resort to the path of cultivation rather than speed-up training,construct a practice-oriented curriculum,and include teacher morality in teacher qualification examination.
