摘要
介绍了一种消防机器人,其本身硬件由底盘、消防炮、水幕防护系统、耐火水龙带、探测系统、控制系统和通讯系统七大部分组成。由于底盘、消防炮和耐火水龙带是机械件,不易损坏,故对消防机器人的水幕防护系统、探测系统、控制系统和通讯系统的零部件进行了可靠性预计,对4个模块进行了整体可靠度预计,并对消防机器人的整体平均无故障工作时间进行了相应的预测计算。
A fire-fighting robot is introduced.Its hardware consists of seven parts:chassis,fire monitor,water curtain protection system,fire-resistant hose,detection system,control system,and communication system.Since the chassis,fire monitor,and fire-resistant hose are mechanical parts and are not easily damaged,the reliability of the parts of the water curtain protection system,detection system,control system and communication system of the fire-fighting robot is estimated,and the overall reliability of the four modules is estimated.Moreover,the overall MTBF of the fire-fighting robot is predicted and calculated accordingly.
