摘要
基于多期双重差分(多期DID)方法并使用了京津冀、长三角、珠三角等七大城市群2003—2019年的数据,分析了高铁开通对城市群的城市创新的影响。结果发现,高铁开通对七大城市群的城市创新总体上存在积极的影响;高铁开通对京津冀和长三角两大城市群的创新具有正面的影响,对关中平原城市群的创新则有负面的影响,对其他城市群的创新没有显著的影响;高铁对于城市创新的作用受到城市群中的城市在邻近区域地位的重要影响,用城市群划分城市比从东中西三大区域划分更合理。
Based on the multi-period difference-in-difference method and using the data of seven urban agglomerations including Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations from 2003 to 2019,this paper analyzes the impact of the opening of high-speed rail on the innovation of urban agglomerations.The results show that the opening of high-speed railways has a significant and positive impact on the overall innovation of the seven urban agglomerations;the results for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration are both significant and positive;and the impacts for Guanzhong Plain and other agglomerations are significantly negative and not significant,respectively;the role of high-speed railways in urban innovation is greatly affected by the relative advantages of cities in urban agglomerations over cities in adjacent regions and it is more reasonable to consider in terms of urban agglomerations than to category cities into east,middle and west groups.
