摘要
目的基于多元统计分析和网络药理学预测延胡索醋制前后潜在质量标志物。方法采用HPLC指纹图谱结合多元统计分析,筛选生、醋延胡索潜在特征差异性成分,进一步通过网络药理学分析特征差异性成分相关的主要作用靶点和通路,预测生、醋延胡索潜在的质量标志物。结果筛选鉴定出生、醋延胡索主要特征差异性成分为延胡索乙素、去氢紫堇碱、海罂粟碱、延胡索甲素。网络药理学分析结果表明,4种特征差异性成分与延胡索镇痛作用密切相关。结论确定延胡索乙素、去氢紫堇碱、海罂粟碱、延胡索甲素可作为生、醋延胡索潜在质量标志物,对延胡索质量控制具有指导意义和参考价值。
AIM To explore the potential Q-markers in Corydalis Rhizoma before and after vinegar-processing based on multivariate statistical analysis and network pharmacology.METHODS The potential variation in chemical components of Corydalis Rhizoma before and after vinegar-processing were screened out by using multiple statistical methods with HPLC fingerprints. Furthermore, through network pharmacology, the main action targets and pathways related to significantly different components were analyzed to construct the Component-Target-Pathway network. Meanwhile, the potential Q-markers between crude Corydalis Rhizoma and vinegar-processed Corydalis Rhizoma were predicted.RESULTS The distinguishing characteristic components between crude Corydalis Rhizoma and vinegar-processed Corydalis Rhizoma were tetrahydropalmatine, dehydrocorydaline, glaucine and corydline, whose analgesic effects were furtherly verified by results of network pharmacology.CONCLUSION Tetrahydropalmatine, dehydrocorydaline, glaucine and corydaline, the potential Q-markers of crude Corydalis Rhizoma and vinegar-processed Corydalis Rhizoma have significance and reference value for the quality control of Corydalis Rhizoma.
