摘要
目的:系统分析国内外最佳实践证据推广的概念、框架及影响因素相关文献,为今后实施科学证据推广研究提供参考。方法:基于Daudt修正后的范围综述框架,系统检索相关数据库,收集国内外最佳实践证据推广的概念、框架及影响因素相关文献,根据纳入排除标准筛选文献,并由2名研究者独立提取资料,采用描述性分析及主题分析法对文献进行整理。结果:共纳入28篇文献,推广尚无公认的定义,共确定了10个推广框架,影响推广的5个一级因素(最佳实践证据、用户组织、资源团队、环境和推广策略)和28个二级因素。结论:本研究对最佳实践证据推广相关概念、框架及影响因素进行了较为全面地综合,可以为证据实践提供实用信息。
Objective:Systematic analysis of the concepts,frameworks and influencing factors related to the scalingup Best Practice Evidences(BPEs),in order to provide references for the future implementation of scientific evidence scaling-up.Methods:Based on the scoping review framework modified by Daudt,a systematic search was conducted to collect literature focusing on concepts,frameworks,and factors of BPEs scaling-up.Data were extracted by two researchers independently,and literature was analyzed by descriptive and thematic analysis.Results:A total of 28 articles were included.There is no accepted definition of scaling-up.Ten scaling-up frameworks,5 scaling-up primary factors(including BPEs,user organizations,resource teams,environment,and scaling-up strategies),and 28 scaling-up secondary factors were identified.Conclusion:This study comprehensively integrated the relevant concepts,framework and influencing factors of BPEs scalingup,which could provide practical information for evidence-based practice.
