摘要
目的:分析孟鲁司特钠结合益生菌对小儿过敏性紫癜复发率的影响。方法:选取2017年9月~2019年9月在某院接受治疗的121例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿,将其按随机对照原则分为观察组60例和对照组61例,对照组采用常规治疗,在此基础上观察组选择孟鲁司特钠与益生菌结合治疗,对比分析两组患儿症状消失时间及出院后复发率情况。结果:观察组患儿症状消失时间早于对照组患儿,治疗后6个月的总复发率比对照组患儿低,组间数据对比差异突出,存在统计学优势(P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿过敏性紫癜患儿炎性反应使用孟鲁司特钠结合益生菌的临床疗效更明显,改善临床症状,且能够在很大程度上降低患儿复发率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of montelukast sodium combined probiotics on the recurrence rate of allergic purpura in children.Methods:121 children with allergic purpura treated in a hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of random control,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given montelukast sodium and probiotics based on the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms and the recurrence rate after discharge were analyzed in the two groups.Results:The symptoms of the observation group disappeared earlier than those in the control group.The total recurrence rate at 6 months after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with prominent data comparison differences and statistical advantage(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with probiotics in children is more obvious,which can improve clinical symptoms,and greatly reduce the recurrence rate in children.
