摘要
目的:探讨基于加速康复外科的骨科心理睡眠管理模式的构建及效果。方法:选取骨科2020年11-2021年1月收治的48例患者,将其设为对照组;另选取骨科2021年2月-2021年4月收治的52例患者,将其设为实验组。住院期间对照组患者接受常规护理干预,而实验组患者则在接受常规护理干预的同时,为其提供基于加速康复外科的骨科心理睡眠管理模式,观察分析护理干预效果。结果:护理后两组患者PSQI评分、SAS评分均明显低于护理前(P<0.05),而且护理后实验组患者的各评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为骨科患者提供基于加速康复外科的骨科心理睡眠管理模式,能提升患者睡眠质量,改善不良情绪,并提升患者满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze and evaluate the construction and effect of orthopedic psychological sleep management model based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Methods:48 patients in orthopedics department from November 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the control group;Another 52 patients in orthopedics department from February 2021 to April 2021 were selected as the experimental group.During hospitalization,the control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received both the routine nursing intervention and orthopaedic psychological sleep management mode based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Then the effects of nursing intervention were observed and analyzed.Results:the PSQI score and SAS score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 81.25%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:orthopaedic psychological sleep management mode based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery for orthopaedic patients can improve patients'sleep quality,mood and patients'satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
