摘要
对配方进行优化、筛选、工艺对比和选择,确定最优配比为:70%吡虫啉原药,2%分散剂A (自制),3%分散剂B (自制),2.5%润湿剂(K12),7%崩解剂硫酸铵,2.5%黏合剂葡萄糖,玉米淀粉(填料)补足100%。生产工艺为旋转造粒方法。用该配方配制的产品各项技术指标均符合水分散粒剂的要求,且工艺简单,各原材料易采购,成本较低。
70% of the formulation of aphid water dispersants was developed,and the formula was optimized,screened,compared and selected by experiments.Determine the optimal ratio as:70% of the aphids raw drugs;2% dispersant A(homemade);3% dispersant B(homemade);2.5% moisturizer(K12);7% disintegrate ammonium sulfate;2.5% adhesive glucose;Filler:Corn starch complements 100%.Production process:rotating granulation method.Products formulated with this formula are in line with the requirements of water dispersion granules,and the process is simple,each raw material is easy to purchase,low cost.
