摘要
岩藻黄素是海洋中主要的叶黄素类类胡萝卜素,大量存在于褐藻和某些硅藻中。它的特殊化学结构使其具有多种生物活性,目前已被食品、化妆品、药品等行业广泛关注,具有良好的商业前景与商业价值。岩藻黄素具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒以及治疗代谢类疾病等多种作用,但作用机制与靶点存在差异。基于近年来的岩藻黄素的研究进展,对岩藻黄素的药理作用及机制进行了综述,旨在为岩藻黄素的临床应用与新药研发提供依据。
Fucoxanthin is the main xanthophyll carotenoid in the ocean,which is abundant in brown algae and certain diatoms. The special chemical structure of fucoxanthin makes it possess a variety of biological activities. At present,it has been widely concerned by the food,cosmetics,pharmaceutical and other industries,and has good commercial prospects and commercial value. This article intends to review the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of fucoxanthin from several aspects such as anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-viral,and treatment of metabolic diseases. Research and confirmation of target points provide important theoretical basis.
