基于指数加权移动平均控制图的沥青路面多变异源施工过程动态控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于高速公路沥青路面施工建设质量动态管控技术应用较少、检测数据利用不充分等问题,在分析传统休哈特图不足后,将指数加权移动平均(EWMA)控制图引入到高速公路沥青路面施工质量动态控制,并将路面施工的质量特征值定义为多变异源数据类型。结合云南省某路面施工沥青混合料温度及沥青重量实测数据,对比分析了传统的休哈特控制图、指数加权移动平均控制图两种控制图方案,结果表明EWMA控制图在适用性、检出力方面的应用效果明显优于传统休哈特控制图方法。应用多变异源的数学模型,解决了以往施工控制中虚发警报过高的问题。 Based on the problems such as less application of dynamic control technology of highway pavement construction quality and insufficient utilization of detection data derived,after analyzing the disadvantage of traditional Hugh Hart control chart,EWMA control chart was introduced into dynamic control of expressway asphalt pavement construction quality,the quality characteristic value of pavement construction was defined as the data type of multiple variation sources.Combined with the measured data of asphalt mixture temperature and asphalt weight in pavement construction in Yunnan Province,the traditional Hugh Hart control chart and the EWMA control chart were compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the application effect of EWMA control chart is better than traditional Hugh Hart control chart method in aspects of applicability and inspection output.Applying the mathematical model of multiple variation sources solves the problem of excessive false alarm in construction control.
