摘要
来源于高黎贡山的绿僵菌菌株在4种逆境条件下进行分别处理,然后培养至产孢,测定产孢量;结果表明,这些菌株中有2株菌株在多种逆境中的产孢能力较优越,在高温(45℃)和紫外线辐射条件下,菌株BUM 66.1的产孢量最高,其次为菌株BUM 225;在高盐(0.6 mol/L)和弱酸性条件(pH=5)下,菌株BUM 225的产孢量最高,其次为菌株BUM 66.1;在高pH(10)条件下,5株菌株的产孢量都较低。
Five Metarhizium strains from Gaoligong mountains were separately done with 4 treatments:different NaCl concentration gradient(0,0.3,0.6 mol/L),different pH value(5,7,10),different temperature(35℃,45℃)and different length of ultraviolet radiation(0 min,30 min,60 min).The conidiation amount was separately tested when they were cultured to produce conidia.The results showed that there were 2 strains with more excellent conidiation capacity in several kinds of adversity.Under the conditions of high temperature(45℃)and ultraviolet radiation,the strain BUM 66.1 had the highest conidiation amount and the strain BUM 225 was the second.Under the condition of high salt(0.6 mol/L)and weak acid(pH=5),the strain BUM 225 had the highest conidiation amount and the strain BUM 66.1 was the second.Under the condition of high pH(10),all the 5 strains had very low conidiation amount.
