丁腈橡胶/玻璃纤维防滑材料的制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂Si-69改性后的玻璃纤维(GF)作为填料,丁腈橡胶(NBR)作为基体,通过机械共混法制备了NBR/GF复合材料,研究了玻璃纤维的用量及长短对复合材料硫化性能、力学性能以及防滑性能的影响。结果表明,随着玻璃纤维用量的增加,混炼胶的硫化速率逐渐减小,硫化胶在玻璃纤维取向方向上的拉伸强度和100%定伸应力先增加后减小,最大拉伸强度和最大100%定伸应力分别提升33%和550%;材料的冰上止滑性能逐渐增加,添加长玻璃纤维效果提升更加明显。其中添加80份和110份长玻璃纤维以及110份短玻璃纤维的样品静摩擦系数分别达到了0.61、0.70和0.55,达到了冰上止滑的性能要求。 Glass fiber(GF)modified by Si-69 was used as filler and nitrile rubber(NBR)was selected as matrix to prepare NBR/GF rubber composites by mechanical blending.The effect of content and length of glass fiber on the vulcanization, mechanical and anti-slip performance of NBR/GF composites were studied.The results show that with the increase of the contents of glass fiber, the vulcanization rate of the composites decreases gradually, tensile strength and modulus at 100%along the direction of glass fiber increase at first then decrease, and the maximum tensile strength and maximum modulus at 100%increase by 33%and 550%,respectively.The ice slip resistance of the material increases gradually, and the effect of adding long glass fiber is more obvious.The static friction coefficients of the samples with 80 phr, 110 phr long glass fiber and 110 phr short glass fiber could reach 0.61,0.70 and 0.55,respectively, which meet the requirements of anti-slip on ice.
