成型压力对复合材料孔隙率和界面性能的影响

摘要 树脂基复合材料构件热压成型过程中,孔隙和分层是常见的成型缺陷,并且其存在对复合材料构件的力学性能会产生很大的影响。针对P2352W-19、977-2两种[0]10碳纤维复合材料层合板,采用不同成型压力来探究压力对其内部孔隙分布和层间剪切性能(ILSS)的影响。结果表明,低成型压力作用下(0.2 MPa以下),两种复合材料层合板试样内部均存在孔隙,其数量和尺寸随着固化压力的增加而减小。固化压力对孔隙率和层间剪切强度的影响在两个阶段表现出不同的趋势:成型压力在0~0.2 MPa范围内,孔隙率大幅度较少,层间剪切强度大幅度提高;而当成型压力提升至0.4 MPa或以上时,随成型压力继续增加,制件孔隙率降幅减缓,层间剪切强度增幅也明显减缓。 Voids and delamination were common defects in the autoclave process of resin matrix composites,and their existence had a great influence on the mechanical properties of composites.The effects of various cure pressures on the internal void distribution and interlaminar shear strength(ILSS)of[0]10 P2352 W-19 and 977-2 carbon fiber composite laminates were investigated.The results show that under the action of low cure pressure(below 0.2 MPa),there are voids in the samples of the two composite laminates,and the number and size of the pores decrease with the increase of cure pressure.The effects of cure pressure on void contents and interlaminar shear strength show different trends in the two stages.When the cure pressure is in the range from 0 MPa to 0.2 MPa,the void content is greatly reduced and the interlaminar shear strength is greatly increased.However,when the cure pressure is increased to 0.4 MPa or above,the decrease of the void content and the increase of the interlaminar shear strength also significantly slow down with the continuous increase of the cure pressure.
