激光诱导击穿等离子体声波特性的研究

摘要 为探究激光诱导击穿等离子体声波的特性,采用Nd:YAG固体激光器作为等离子体激发光源,激光经过凸透镜聚焦后击穿空气产生等离子体,使用声波探头接收等离子体的声波信号并对其进行分析。研究不同激光能量下声波的时域特性、强度的空间分布特性和波前特性。结果表明:声波振幅在时域中呈现线性相关关系,不同激光能量下振幅的线性拟合系数均大于0.99;声波强度的空间分布特性受到声源方向角的影响,声波在不同方向角的强度有所差别,相对激光传播方向成轴对称点处的声波振幅相等;声波的传播符合球面波的衰减方式,但在不同方向上冲击波速度有所差异,冲击波的波前不是理想的球面。 In order to explore the accoustic characteristics of laser-induced breakdown plasma,a Nd:YAG laser is used as an excitation source.The air plasma is generated by the laser energy focused through a convex lens,and the acoustic signal of plasma is received by an acoustic wave probe.The time-domain characteristics,spatial distribution characteristics and wavefront characteristics of acoustic waves under different laser energies are studied.The results show that the acoustic wave amplitude exhibits a linear correlation in time domain,and the linear fitting coefficients reach 0.99827,0.99826,and 0.9926 respectively.The intensity spatial distribution of acoustic waves is affected by the direction angle of sound source,and accousitic waves have different values in different direction angles.The acoustic wave amplitudes are in equal at axisymmetric point compared with the laser propagation direction.The acoustic wave amplitudes are in accord with the attenuation method of spherical wave.The shock wave velocity is unequal in different directions,so that the wave front is not an ideal spherical surface.
