摘要
当前,我国军队新闻媒体在融合过程中既存在新闻资源垄断性、新闻渠道排他性、新闻内容关注度高等优势,也存在缺乏机制创新动力、具有互联网思维的专业人才匮乏、应对环境变化的适应能力弱等劣势。习近平总书记为媒体融合指出了方向,中央军委实施的军队媒体改革也面临着机遇;受众对新闻产品品质的要求不断提高、移动新媒体的冲击等威胁。结合态势分析和军队新闻媒体特点的基础上,今后,军队新闻媒体要利用“军改”契机,转变观念,完善顶层设计,加强人才建设,建立安全防护体系,提高产品质量,重视科技应用,健全版权保护体系,实施成本控制等,以促进进一步的媒体融合。
The military news media has a tremendous role in improving the combat effectiveness of the army,enhancing cohesion,boosting morale,and increasing the public’s understanding of the army.At present,my country’s military news media is in a critical period of integration,but the amount of related academic research is very small.In this context,the paper uses the situation analysis method to discuss the integration of military news media,and on the basis of clarifying the basic situation of military news media integration,it analyzes the current advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the current process of military news media integration.It puts forward policy recommendations such as using the opportunity of"military reform"to change concepts in a timely manner,improve top-level design,strengthen personnel construction,establish a safety protection system,improve product quality,attach importance to the application of science and technology,improve the copyright protection system,and implement cost control.
