摘要
目的研究并讨论帕利哌酮+经颅磁刺激(TMS)联合治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效及对其记忆功能评分的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年4月江门市第三人民医院收诊的80例罹患难治性精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用帕利哌酮单药治疗,观察组采用帕利哌酮+TMS联合治疗,比较两组的阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、记忆功能评分及临床疗效。结果观察组的PANSS评分分值明显低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);观察组的记忆功能评分各项评分分值均明显高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为95.00%(38/40),明显高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对难治性精神分裂症患者,采用帕利哌酮+TMS的治疗方案进行有效治疗,患者的临床症状及记忆功能均明显改善,效果显著的同时具有十分重要的医学价值,值得临床积极采纳并予大力推广。
Objective To study and discuss the clinical efficacy of paliperidone combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia and its important effect on memory function scores.Methods A total of 80 patients with refractory schizophrenia admitted to Jiangmen Third People's Hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with paliperidone monotherapy,while the observation group was treated with paliperidone combined with TMS.The Positive Negative Syndrome(PANSS)scores,memory function scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The PANSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the same group before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).The function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the same group before treatment and those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical of efficacy observation group was 95.00%(38/40),significantly higher than that of 75.00%(30/40)in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with refractory schizophrenia,the treatment plan of paliperidone combined with TMS is effective,which can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and memory function,with great medical value.And it is worthy of active clinical a doption and wide promotion.
