摘要
目的:对清热利咽含片的制备工艺进行研究,并对其进行质量评价。方法:采用湿法制粒压片法制备该含片。以感官评价、休止角、硬度、重量差异、脆碎度为评价指标,考察辅料蔗糖、可溶性淀粉、硬脂酸镁的添加量。结果:制备清热利咽含片的较佳工艺条件为:药材浸膏粉:蔗糖=1:8,可溶性淀粉添加量为15%,硬脂酸镁添加量为0.25%,采用湿法制粒压片法生产,控制压片压力为50N〜65N。结论:采用此配方加工制得的含片外观及性状、重量差异、脆碎度等均符合《中华人民共和国药典》对含片的质量要求。
Objective: To study the preparation technology of Qingre Liyan buccal tablets and evaluate its quality. Methods: The buccal tablets were prepared by wet granulation and tablet pressing method. Sensory evaluation, angle of repose, hardness, weight difference and brittleness were used as evaluation indexes to investigate the addition of sucrose, soluble starch and magnesium stearate.Results: The optimum technological conditions for preparing Qingre Liyan buccal tablets were as follows: medicinal extract powder∶sucrose = 1∶8, soluble starch content was 15%, magnesium stearate content was 0.25%, wet granulation and tablet pressing method was used, and the tablet pressing pressure was controlled to be 50-65 n. Conclusion: The appearance, properties, weight difference and brittleness of buccal tablets processed with this formula meet the quality requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
