摘要
近几年我国脱贫攻坚取得了举世瞩目的成就,2021年,我国实现全面脱贫,在此期间新冠疫情的爆发和防控常态化为脱贫攻坚工作带来了新挑战。在这个过程中金融作为经济的核心,保险作为社会的稳定器和经济的"安全阀",保险扶贫对防范和化解脱贫攻坚过程中的风险具有不可替代的重要作用。通过学习和贯彻习近平总书记在决战决胜脱贫攻坚座谈会上的重要讲话,整个行业多措并举,从保险扶贫机制、普惠型扶贫保险产品、在贫困地区设立专业保险机构和加大贫困地区保险资金投资等方面来大力推进保险扶贫。
In recent years,China has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation,in 2021,China achieved a complete alleviation of poverty.During this period,the outbreak of the COVID-19 and the normalization of prevention and control brought new challenges to the work of poverty alleviation.Finance is the core of economy,and insurance is the stabilizer of society and the"safety valve"of economy.Poverty alleviation through insurance plays an irreplaceable role in preventing and resolving the risks in the process of getting rid of poverty.By studying and implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the forum on poverty alleviation in a decisive battle,with multiple measures in the whole industry.We will vigorously promote poverty alleviation through insurance from the aspects of insurance poverty alleviation mechanism,universal poverty alleviation insurance products,setting up professional insurance institutions in poverty-stricken areas,and increasing investment in insurance funds in these areas.
