摘要
目的探究在老年患者中喹诺酮类抗菌药物的合理应用及不良反应发生情况。方法选取2019年1—12月在邳州市人民医院接受喹诺酮类抗菌药物治疗的老年患者548例作为对照组;选取2020年1—12月在邳州市人民医院实施喹诺酮类抗菌药物合理应用方案的患者596例作为观察组。对照组根据喹诺酮类抗菌药物使用说明书或临床医师经验给药治疗,观察组采用合理用药策略给药治疗,对两组患者不良反应、用药方法、不合理用药类型等进行统计分析。结果采用合理用药策略后,观察组不合理处方发生率较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率为7.38%,显著低于对照组的19.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从给药途径来看,观察组经静脉给药发生不良反应的患者38例,占比86.36%,经口服给药发生不良反应的患者6例,占比13.64%;对照组经静脉给药发生不良反应的患者95例,占比88.79%,经口服给药发生不良反应的患者12例,占比11.21%,比较发现静脉给药发生不良反应的患者占比高于口服给药,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.080,P<0.05)。结论对喹诺酮类抗菌药物进行合理应用,并制订针对性的预防措施,能降低其不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the rational use of quinolone antibiotics and the occurrence of adverse reactions in elderly patients.Methods A total of 548 elderly patients who were treated with quinolone antibiotics in the People's Hospital of Pizhou City from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and 596 patients who received the rational use of quinolones in the People's Hospital of Pizhou City from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group.The control group was treated according to the instructions of quinolone antibiotics or the experience of clinicians,while the observation group was treated according to the rational use strategy.The adverse reactions,medication methods and unreasonable types of drug use were statistically analyzed.Results After the implementation of the rational strategy of drug use,the incidence of unreasonable prescription in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.38%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.53%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).As for the route of administration,in the observation group,38 patients had adverse reactions after intravenous administration,accounting for 86.36%,and 6 patients with oral administration had adverse reactions,accounting for 13.64%.In the control group,95 patients had adverse reactions after intravenous administration,accounting for 88.79%,and 12 patients with oral administration had adverse reactions,accounting for 11.21%.It was found that the proportion of patients with adverse reactions after intravenous administration was higher than that with oral administration by comparison,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=12.080,P<0.05).Conclusion The rational use of quinolone antibiotics and the formulation of targeted preventive measures can reduce the inci dence of adverse reactions.
