摘要
目的在对自闭症患儿进行听觉统合训练的同时给予中医辅助干预疗法,并探究其对其康复的影响。方法选择2018年7月-2020年7月期间来医院接受治疗的自闭症患儿114例,随机分为对照组和观察组各57例。对照组采用听觉统合训练,观察组在此基础上加用中医辅助干预疗法;观察患儿每日交流次数、治疗依从度评分以及焦虑等级评分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,自闭症患儿交流障碍、社会交往障碍、异常行为等现象均有改善,对比分析后显示观察组92.98%(53/57)明显高于对照组78.95%(45/57);观察组自闭症患儿每日交流次数、治疗依从性均明显高于对照组;焦虑等级评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自闭症患儿在进行统合训练治疗时,结合针刺法、推拿以及中药等中医辅助干预疗法后,预后效果显著,能够有效改善消除焦虑情绪,提高治疗依从性,从而促进治疗进度,由此可见该方法应用价值较高,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the rehabilitation of autistic children.Methods A total of 114 autistic children were selected from July 2018 to July 2020 in our hospital for treatment, and the autistic children participating in the experiment were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group, and the two groups had the same number. Among them, the control group was treated with auditory integration training, while the experimental group was added with traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary intervention therapy on the basis of hearing integration training. The daily communication times, treatment compliance score and anxiety grade score of children were observed during the experiment, and the above three data and treatment effect were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment, the communication disorder, social interaction disorder, abnormal behavior and other phenomena of autistic children were improved. After comparative analysis, the prognosis effect of the treatment group(92.98%,53/57) was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.95%,45/57). The daily communication frequency of autistic children as well as the treatment compliance was also significantly higher than that of the control group. The anxiety score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with acupuncture, Tuina and traditional Chinese medicine, the prognosis of autistic children is significant, which can effectively improve and eliminate the anxiety of patients and improve the treatment compliance of children, so as to promote the progress of treatment. It can be seen that this method has high application value and is worthy of promotion and application.
