摘要
在空分系统中,氧气压缩机居重要地位,其作用是将从分馏塔出来的氧气压缩到1.0 MPa~3.0 MPa送至后工序,以保证甲醇系统的正常生产。此次技术改造通过对设备内部的结构优化,在不增加氧压机设备的基础上满足了后工序的用气需求,提高了甲醇产量。
In the air separation system, the oxygen compressor plays an important role. Its function is to compress the oxygen from the fractionator to 1.0 MPa~ 3.0 MPa and send it to the subsequent process, so as to ensure the normal production of methanol system. By optimizing the internal structure of the equipment, the technical transformation meets the gas demand of the subsequent process without adding oxygen compressor equipment, and improves the methanol output.
